An opportunity has arisen for a Part 2 Qualified Architectural Assistant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking design practice based near Chichester. This role offers the chance to work on a range of projects across various sectors, developing designs from concept through to completion. An ideal role for a Part 2 Architect with some real-world experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility and further develop their expertise across all RIBA stages. Key Duties & Responsibilities Support the development and refinement of architectural designs from concept to completion. Work closely with engineers, designers, and consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. Produce detailed and accurate technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Assist in planning applications and ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations. Gain hands-on experience in project delivery, with the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Skills & Experience Required Master’s degree in Architecture, having completed Part 2 of the Architectural Qualification. Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience working on projects post-Part 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a team and engage with clients. A creative and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for design detail.
