Role: Registered Home Manager Location: Stockton-on-Tees Salary: Up to £55,000 occupancy-related bonus Start Date: May/June 2025 Are you ready to take on a new challenge and really make a difference? We’re recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to take the lead at a 56-bed residential care home in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a non-nursing service currently rated Requires Improvement by the CQC, with current occupancy around 40%. It’s a turnaround project, so we’re looking for someone with energy, vision, and the passion to drive positive change. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who thrives on improvement work—or for a confident Deputy Manager from a large (100 bed) or multi-site environment looking to step up.
