What You’ll Do The Victoria Mobile Programme is a large multi-year change programme, funded for multiple years. The objective is to develop our CCS billing and CRM platform with new capabilities to support all our larger mobile customers and to migrate them to CCS from the current Crystal/Gemini platform. The programme uses the SAFe framework and the Azure Dev Ops (ADO) tool across all squads. Role Summary: Servant leader and coach for a Squad on the Agile Release Train (ART) Facilitate squad events, processes and execution, steers the ART and assists Agile teams in delivering value Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement Understand how to scale Lean and Agile practices, and the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program Participate in Lean-Agile transformation, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets Help configure SAFe to the organization’s needs, standardizing and documenting practices Who You Are Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply and with impact Emotionally intelligent with the ability to flex styles across a wide range of stakeholders at various levels within the organization Excellent presentation skills Strong organisation and leadership skills Ability to coach and develop new Scrum Masters Strong experience working on AGILE tooling such as Jira with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Azure DevOps Must have technical / professional qualifications: Leading SAFe SAFe Scrum Master – Preferred Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM or equivalent) Mandatory Professional Scrum Master 2 (PSM or equivalent) Preferred Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
