Our client offers the most comprehensive employee assistance programme on the market, giving 24/7 caring and compassionate support services to employers from organisations of all sizes, across the private, public and non-profit sector.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to join the industry leading EAP and OH provider & Sunday Times 'Best Places to Work' organisation as Head of Counselling.\n\nTHE ROLE\n\nThe role is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, coach and support the EAP Counselling Management team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring clinical and operational quality and efficiency across the counselling teams. The primary focus is to keep the department moving forward in the delivery and maintenance of quality and SLAs.
