About The Role OCS is seeking an experienced PFI operator to lead a team in delivering integrated Soft FM services within a healthcare environment. The role involves managing operations in line with budgets and service specifications, ensuring service quality, and driving innovation. The successful candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, leading and developing a diverse team, managing the contract with commercial acumen, and fostering strong relationships with Trust staff and partners. Applicants must have management experience in a Healthcare PFI setting, demonstrate operational excellence, and possess strong financial and customer service skills. The role requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication, the ability to lead and motivate, and a commitment to health and safety. Bics membership and ILM Level 5 or above are advantageous. The candidate should be a team player, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
