Staff Nurse - Day Shifts
£20 per hour - paid breaks
36 hours per week (3 x 12 hr shifts)

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team for day shifts in our clients vibrant nursing home in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks applicable to nursing home settings.
What We’re Looking For:
* Nursing Certification: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin.
* Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices relevant to nursing home care.
* Care Documentation: Experience in writing care plans, risk assessments, and dietary plans for nursing home residents.
* Regulatory Understanding: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLS.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and the nursing team.
* Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and within a team in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities:
* Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines and best practices.
* Care Planning: Develop and maintain detailed care plans, risk assessments, and diet plans tailored to residents' individual needs.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as MCA/DoLS within the nursing home environment.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to residents.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
