Location: Consort Frozen Foods, Ashford Depot
Pay: £12.00 per hour + £100/month (increases to £12.64/hr from 1st March)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Hours may vary during busy summer months, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Consort Frozen Foods is looking for an experienced Stores Team Leader to oversee our coldstore and warehouse operations with support from the Coldstore Manager and Supervisor. In this vital role, you will lead a team, ensuring efficient processes, safety standards, and operational goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team with support from the Coldstore Manager and Supervisor.
* Communicate priorities and targets to staff.
* Assist with training and performance monitoring.
* Support vehicle loading and unloading.
* Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
Attributes & Requirements:
* Proven team leadership experience.
* Strong ability to manage and motivate people effectively.
* Friendly, positive, and “can-do” attitude.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Previous warehouse/order picking experience is a plus.
* Forklift license is desirable (training available).
