We are looking for an outstanding Activities Coordinator with a passion for delivering excellent care. Please note for this role you need to hold a full UK driving licence for this role to be able to drive the minibusses. You’ll be working 40 hours a week at Cygnet Devon Lodge. Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. Your day-to-day… Develop, plan, implement & oversee activities, outings & events for the people in our care Provide fun & constructive leisure time, as well as appropriate physical & emotional support Ensure the provision of staff, space & materials for all activities Supervise, oversee & develop colleagues At times drive the minibuss for external activities Oversee the creation of promotional materials for events Why Cygnet?
