The successful candidate will have had prior Revenue Management experience as well as Van & Truck specific experience within either the rental or leasing market. Reporting to the UK B2B Pricing Manager you will be responsible for maximising revenue for a multi-million pound portfolio of B2B customers by optimising pricing and managing availability. The role requires excellent commercial awareness and strong analysis based decision making capabilities together with effective communication and stakeholder management, The role will include a focus on project work related to the Vans & Trucks (V&T) segment, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver on specific pricing and business objectives. Bi-annual review of Professional segment standards for ancillary pricing and SLA’s Analyse and implement strategic yielding activity to optimise revenue by channel, duration, fleet and customer mix within a predefined best practice framework Ensure that forecasted volume, RPD and revenue is achieved in line with availability Participate as a key stakeholder in wider projects for pricing related topics Control the governance and auditing of any system data (product / contracts) containing rates or pricing Deliver future RCM developments of pricing processes, tools and systems Support the wider business with any pricing and data queries Recommend and implement changes to current processes to improve efficiency Key skills and attributes required: High level of commercial awareness with Van & euTruck specific experience Understanding of demand and supply within a market Revenue Management and/or Pricing experience Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen Ability to summarise analysis concisely using different mediums to illustrate key points Strong presentation skills to all levels of management Proven effective stakeholder management with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, vlookups required) Attention to details and organisational skills are a must Quick learner, flexible and reactive to a changing environment and role over time Strong problem solving skills Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high standard of work Agencies - Please do not send any speculative candidates or CVs in response to this advert.
