We are looking to recruit an Assistant Administrator to join our existing WorkWell West team across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) region.
The Team:
The Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG) and their lead delivery partner, Bristol City Council, are delighted to have been chosen to pilot the national WorkWell scheme in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, who are employed or seeking employment but feel their health is a barrier.
WorkWell is a distinctive scheme that will bring together local authorities, health, education, community, and voluntary services to provide tailored support to people at risk of leaving work or being unable to return after a period of sickness. By working with people to tackle the barriers that can lead to economic activity, the scheme promises to change lives for the better while helping to grow the local economy.
The Tasks:
We are looking for individuals who are organised, thorough with excellent attention to detail who can prioritise their workload effectively. We need good communicators who will maintain excellent relationships within the team and communicate effectively with participants. You will have accurate data entry skills, be able to follow processes, keep records up to date, and have the problem-solving abilities to notice and investigate inconsistencies.
* Using computer systems and programs such as Microsoft SharePoint. You will be entering data into our Contact Resource Management system (CRM) for which full training will be provided.
* Confident, friendly and professional telephone manners.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of interactions within the CRM.
* Greeting the public, answering questions and queries over the phone, about the project.
* Supporting the wider team with printing materials and resources.
* Assisting other members of the Employment Support team with various admin tasks as needed.

For permanent Bristol City Council employees, this post will be a secondment.
For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.
If you are currently a casual worker or a member of an employment agency (currently working with Bristol City Council) this post will be a fixed term contract.
