Job Description:
Service Care Solutions are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team at a Associate or Partner level for this reputable Scottish Law Department. This role offers an exciting workload to a diverse range of commercial property transactions. You will play a key role in their Commercial Department, handling significant transactions and providing expert legal advice to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to:
1. Manage the sale and purchase of commercial properties.
2. Draft and negotiate standard security and related funding agreements.
3. Handle property and development work, including the acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers.
4. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a variety of complex commercial property matters.
5. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
You will need the following to be successful.
6. Must be qualified in Scots Law.
7. Previous experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor is essential.
8. Experience at the Associate or Partner level is preferred.
9. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
10. Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems is desirable.
