Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in community care law (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and the Children Act 1989.
* Experience handling judicial reviews or similar complex legal processes.
* Excellent client care skills, with the ability to work compassionately and professionally with vulnerable individuals.
* Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
* Proactive and able to manage a diverse caseload independently.
* A team player with a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
