Administrator Job Type: Full-time Location: Redhill Day to day of the role: Manage customer correspondence both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Provide prompt responses to emails and coordinate engineer call-out requests efficiently. Place and track purchase orders with subcontractors, coordinating with sites to schedule the work. Maintain and update the client database daily to ensure accuracy. Schedule engineers effectively, guaranteeing they have a full workload each day. Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and manage workloads to ensure all tasks are completed. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude. Communicate politely and effectively at all levels, providing excellent customer service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on customer service. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to respond quickly and manage time effectively. Experience in scheduling and coordinating workloads - preferred but not essential. Proficient in maintaining and updating databases. Strong prioritisation and organisational skills. Capable of multitasking and adapting to a busy work environment. A team player with a polite and professional demeanour.
