Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team to support our dynamic and thriving partner Secondary School located in Luton. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality English education to students, fostering a love for the subject and inspiring intellectual curiosity. You will be able to support schools with Short-term cover, Long-term cover, or even permanent employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and critical thinking.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Contribute to the development of the English curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and school objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in English or a related field.
Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
