About the role
Working independently and as part of a team, you will support autistic and neurodivergent children and young people to access highly personalised programmes of study in one of the Society's specialist schools.
You'll work 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday during school terms.
About you
While we value experience, it is not essential to have previously worked in an education setting or with autistic individuals. Our comprehensive induction, training and mentoring will give you all the skills and tools you need to thrive in your career.
All that we ask is that you are willing to learn, able to use your initiative, and have a drive and resilience for what can be a demanding role. You should be friendly and approachable with good communication skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with both staff and pupils
