To support this growth, we are looking for an Accounts & CT Administrator to join their Sutton office. This is a permanent, full-time position focused on ensuring accurate and timely administration across the Accounts service line. What’s on Offer? Flexible Working: Flex hours around the core working hours of 10am to 4pm Growth Opportunities: Be part of a fast-growing company with exciting expansion plans Varied Role: Exposure to a wide range of responsibilities within a talented, experienced team Employee Recognition: Internal recognition awards to celebrate those who champion the company values Regular Employee Events: Including a company-wide summer party Competitive Benefits Package Key Responsibilities: Record Management: Maintain well-organized and secure records of clients' documents, returns, and correspondence across multiple offices Compliance: Ensure compliance with record retention policies and data security standards Client Communication: Communicate with clients in a clear, professional manner to address their queries and concerns Guidance: Provide guidance on deadlines and required documentation Account Submissions: Submit accounts electronically or by mail to the relevant authorities in line with deadlines Verification: Verify the acceptance and processing of submitted accounts and address any issues that arise CT Payment Reminders: Take ownership of the Corporate Tax (CT) payment reminder process, drafting CT reminder letters and emails CT Submissions & Repayments: Manage CT submissions and repayments, including chasing and monitoring Team Administration: Handle general day-to-day administration for the team Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction Service Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand services or refer clients to other professionals as needed Liaising with HMRC: Liaise with HMRC when necessary Skills, Experience and Training: Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above Skills: Proven communication skills IT Skills: Strong MS Suite skills, with the ability to quickly learn new IT packages Confidentiality: Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Personality: Positive, confident, and proactive approach Team Player: Enjoy working as part of a team, yet also self-motivated Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment is beneficial but not essential How to Apply: If you're excited about this opportunity and ready to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you Apply now by submitting your CV and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you're the perfect fit for this role.
