What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Year Leader with experience working with children or young people within secondary education, who can support the Head of Year to implement innovative and evidence-based strategies, interventions and systems to impact positively on key pupil outcomes.
We are looking for a someone who can inspire and influence and who:
• Has experience working with children with social, emotional or behavioural difficulties.
• Is able to relate well with young people to form positive relationships to improve behaviour and attendance.
• Has an ability to work effectively with minimal supervision on your own initiative and as a member of a team.
