Our client, a leader in Automotive Research, is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for the automotive sector and a proven track record in delivering high-quality qualitative research.

About the Role:
As an Associate Director, you will lead the delivery of qualitative research projects, including the organisation and management of car clinics. You will oversee all stages of research, from proposal development to final presentations, ensuring actionable insights for clients.
This role also includes opportunities for international travel and will occasionally require working on a Saturday (e.g. at a car show).
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading qualitative research projects, with a focus on car clinics.
* Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
* Designing innovative research solutions tailored to client needs.
* Analysing and synthesising data to deliver compelling presentations and insights.
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members to foster professional growth.
* Representing the client at industry events and maintaining a strong network within the automotive sector.
* Travelling internationally to oversee research projects and meet client requirements.

* Extensive experience running car clinics and leading qualitative research projects.
* A deep passion for the automotive sector, with strong industry knowledge.
* Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.

* Flexibility to travel internationally and work occasional Saturdays.
