Junior Digital Project Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled individual to join Green17 as a Junior Digital Project Manager!

Who You'll Be Working With:
You'll report directly to our Head of Client Services.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Client Services in managing client accounts, assisting with the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication with clients via calls, emails and in-person.
* Brief individuals and make presentations to client teams in a clear, persuasive manner.
* Monitor project progress continuously to report to the Head of Client Services.
* Be in regular and proactive contact with clients during project planning and delivery cycles, scheduling and leading calls, workshops and meetings where required, individually and as part of a team.
* Be the friendly voice and expert hand guiding our clients through their project journeys, developing positive, long-lasting relationships.
* Quality assurance/testing websites (no technical knowledge required).
* Facilitate training for clients on how to update their website (no technical knowledge required).
* Market Research: Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics to inform digital marketing strategies.
* Stay up to date with website and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest innovative ideas.
What you need to bring:
* Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a user experience, digital or design agency environment.
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
* You must be comfortable working on multiple work streams - you’ll be working with a variety of exciting clients so the ability to multi-task is essential.
* Fantastic attention to detail.
* A friendly and approachable attitude - we value kindness, respect and being a team-player.
* Ability to work well in teams as well as individually.
* Super problem-solving capabilities.
* Trustworthy and amicable.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to be flexible - additional/alternative tasks may be required from time to time as directed.
Nice to have:
* Experience in managing web projects.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and agile project methodologies.
* Skills in data analytics platforms and reporting.
