They are looking to recruit a driven and career focused individual to enhance their successful Sales team in their Tunbridge Wells Branch. YOU DO NOT NEED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE full training will be given if required. The role is available immediately Job responsibilities- Manage applicant phone outs Answer phone calls Book viewings Action internet and email enquiries/leads Book Valuations Attend and follow up property viewings Manage vendor service calls Manage price negotiations Prepare, update and manage vendor and applicant database Support the branch with any other activity required by management Contribute to the overall office sales targets Essential requirements: Used to working in a targeted environment Full UK driving Licence, and use of own car (mileage allowance of 45p per mile for business use payable) Knowledge of the area Preferred requirement: Excellent IT skills Self-confident Organised Excellent written and verbal communication skills Package £24,500 Profit share after successful completion of probation: OTE £26,000 21 days holiday per year (rising to 23 after 5 years) Birthday off each year Cash back health care scheme (after probation) Enrolment into TN card discount scheme (after probation) Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Saturdays, 8.30am – 4.30pm (with a weekday off in lieu)
