This role involves assisting with the day-to-day letting of properties within our group of companies, maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes, and ensuring a smooth operation in property management. Day-to-day of the role: Manage tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through effective communication. Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel. Assist in the preparation of rental agreements and other administrative tasks. Organise, schedule, and conduct property viewings, ensuring a smooth process for potential tenants. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven administrative experience in an office environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
