The Senior Data Integration Analyst will lead a team of analysts, developers, and testers, and manage tasks/workstreams within a specific Data Feature Team and related projects. They will share responsibility for delivery of all data related requirements for projects and programmes for their Data Feature Team. This involves analysis, planning change, coordinating and shaping the design, writing specifications, supporting development, working with testing and implementation teams and ensuring everything aligns to our Data Strategy and Corporate aims.

What you'll be doing?
* Data analysis of required data sources and ensuring data quality of those sources
* Preparing Client Data for mailings and working closely with Client Services teams and third parties
* Using your knowledge and expertise to drive solutions and resolve issues
* Ensure changes to requirements of projects are run effectively within assigned team
* Engage as early as possible with potential projects to help advise and inform the scope and objectives to ensure the full impact and implications on data are understood
* Working with feature team Project Managers to ensure Agile epics and stories are set up correctly, and tracked through delivery to completion
* Ensure smooth transition of Project deliverables to Data Operations in a controlled and supportable manner
Who are we looking for?
* Strong skills in SQL/Database Queries
* Significant experience of the full Project Development Lifecycle (including requirements analysis, solution design, detail mapping, testing definition with technical teams and product support post delivery).
Whilst we do not expect our candidates to demonstrate every skill, experience, or knowledge in some of the below areas will have a distinct advantage:
