What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Consultant is to provide outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and promote financial inclusion by raising fraud awareness and supporting vulnerable customers. We value passionate, helpful individuals who enjoy delivering excellent customer experiences. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; we focus on your ability to communicate and care for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact in our Branch Customer Service Team, understanding and addressing customer needs.
* Educate customers about HSBC digital services and fraud prevention.
* Identify and support vulnerable customers.
* Assist with complex banking needs to ensure customer support and satisfaction.
Success Factors:
* Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to build rapport.
* Ownership of customer inquiries and delivering personalized, friendly, efficient service.
* Resilience in a dynamic environment.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (branch hours may vary). Flexibility to support other branches within reasonable distance is expected. Note: Student visa holders working less than 35 hours cannot apply.
Training:
9-day in-branch training over 3 weeks, mandatory attendance required. No holidays during training.
