We are currently recruiting for Account Executives to join our Key Accounts Team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a ‘can do’ attitude, and strong administration and organisational skills. In this role you will be responsible for effectively managing educational group tours from enquiry to post travel, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction along the way.
A Typical Day…
A typical day normally includes:
* Establishing and building long-term relationships with customers through the effective handling and organisation of tours in line with represented brands.
* Providing exceptional, reliable customer service to clients from enquiry through to post travel, ensuring successful resolution of any client-related travel issues.
* Liaising effectively with Commercial, Support departments, and external contacts to ensure each element of the customer experience (itinerary, transport, accommodation, visits, etc.) is delivered effectively.
* Liaising closely with and building effective relationships with the Account Management team and designated accounts.
* Achieving growth in enquiries, bookings, revenue, and profit through the management of assigned accounts and the development of existing customers.
* Ensuring the effective retention of clients by working closely with the account managers.
You should also have the following skills/experience…
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service by telephone and in writing (email).
* Strong organisational skills, being able to effectively manage a portfolio of clients at different stages of the booking process.
* Influencing and negotiating skills.
* Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
* Strong IT literacy and administration skills with experience of using MS Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams).
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Resilience and the ability to work at pace and handle peaks and troughs in both volume and pace of work.
* Grade C (minimum Grade 4) or above in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification/experience.

* Blackpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
* Sales: 1 year (preferred).
* Client relationship management: 1 year (preferred).
