E-Commerce and Social Media Executive - Family-Run Wallpaper Marketplace
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media and E-Commerce Executive to join our small, family-run wallpaper marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, is passionate about interiors, and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and growing our online presence, ensuring our customers have a seamless and delightful shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Social Media:
Plan, draft, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms to grow our brand presence and drive traffic to the website.
Develop and manage regular newsletters that showcase new products, seasonal trends, and exclusive offers.
Collaborate on promotional campaigns that align with brand goals, from seasonal launches to special offers.
Track social and email engagement, providing insights to inform future strategy and improvements.
2. Product Management:
Upload and maintain product listings on the website with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality imagery.
Coordinate with suppliers and add new collections as they arrive.
3. Customer Engagement:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across email and social media.
Provide tailored recommendations, assist with sample requests, and handle any order issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Supplier Coordination:
Maintain good relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely stock updates, tracking orders, and coordinating product launches.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, or a similar role.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce) and email marketing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
A passion for home decor or interiors is a plus.
