Job summary
City Health Care Partnership Integrated Nursing and Conditions Service have a vacancy for a Part-Time Band 3 Administration Assistant to support the Out of Hours (OOH) & North Community Nursing Teams. The post holder will be based at Bransholme Health Centre and will be required to work 4 x hour shifts per week. There will also be a requirement for the post holder to work one late shift per month to attend the OOH Team Meeting and take minutes. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a current UK driving license as there is an expectation that you will drive the CHCP lease cars across bases and for repair and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to provide comprehensive administrative support to the service.
Main duties of the job
Candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy and demanding environment.

1. Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
2. Level 2 in Word Processing and Text Production

3. Comprehensive knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
4. Knowledge of a range of software programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
5. Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general officer procedures
6. Previous experience of supervising a team
