Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the General Managers and their teams with PA activities as required
2. Booking travel and accommodation
3. Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
4. Organising office operations and procedures
5. Supporting with Office Management duties - Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
6. Partnering with HR to assist in the onboarding process for new hires and full employee life cycle
7. Addressing employee queries regarding office management issues
8. Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
9. Assisting with ongoing projects to help further integrate the business with the parent company
What they are looking for:
1. Previous PA/Office Manager experience
2. Educated to Degree level
3. Previous experience of working within a process-driven organisation
4. Previous experience of managing heavy diary schedules, travel, meetings & events
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Outlook
6. Experience of covering Facilities including knowledge around Health & Safety - dealing with contractors/maintenance
7. Switched on, with lots of initiative
8. Hard-working and proactive
9. Highly organised and efficient
10. Excellent communicator
11. Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
12. High level of personal organisation and attention to detail
13. A positive 'can-do' attitude with creative flair
14. Strong project management skills
15. High levels of self-awareness and desire to develop
16. Excellent verbal and communication skills
