Job Description
We are working with an exciting gambling/gaming organisation who are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Business partner.
You will be supporting the delivery of internal communications and events strategy by supporting stakeholders to write compelling and engaging content that fosters a sense of community among employees.
* You will be responsible for crafting internal communication campaigns and messaging, which will be leveraged across various channels, including our intranet, email communications, social media platforms, and internal presentations.
* You will have a passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of internal communication, and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive copy.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
* Create compelling and engaging content for the multiple communication channels utilised across our business
* Drafting copy and publishing it for our various channels
* Act as a copywriter for all internal communications across the group to ensure tone of voice and accuracy
* Lead on internal communication campaigns by developing and implementing the end-to-end delivery of timely, targeted, creative and engaging communication plans
* Manage the global communications calendar and develop the master calendar framework
* Measure the effectiveness of communications utilising the available channels and tools, recommending subsequent improvements
The necessary skills that are required for this role include:
* Experience in an in-house Internal Communications role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
* Exceptional copywriting, proofreading and editing skills, with demonstrated experience to tailor messages for a variety of audiences in our company tone of voice
* Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
* Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
* Experience of working with senior stakeholders, drawing out key insights and relevant information
Desirable skills:
• Experience managing a SharePoint intranet site
• Membership of a professional body e.g. IOIC or CIPR
Requirement to work in the London office 3 days a week, 2 days from home.
