Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well respected, award-winning, regional law firm in the recruitment of a Wills & LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) Manager.
As a Team Manager, you will provide expert, comprehensive legal advice to individuals and/or companies on a range of specialised legal matters relating to Will and LPA's. With at least 8+ years of experience you will not only be able to:
* Manage a diverse caseload.
* Deliver high standards of client care.
* Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm.
You will be commercially astute, with the ability to engage and nurture a high performing team and/or department to deliver key commercial outcomes.
You will be a leader in your field, well respected by your peers and driven. As a leader, you will set the strategic vision for your team and/or department in line with the overarching objectives and will do so by being tenacious, adaptable, listening, enthusiastic, nurturing, trusted partner, energetic and driving forward.
You will be a A highly experienced lawyer to lead their Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) team. This leadership role involves managing a dedicated team while providing expert legal advice on all aspects of Wills, estate planning and LPAs to a diverse client base.
* Lead and manage the Wills and LPA team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Provide expert legal guidance on drafting wills, estate planning strategies and the preparation of LPAs.
* Drive business development and marketing initiatives to grow the department.
* Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
* Ensure compliance with legal standards and the firm's policies.
* Mentor and develop your people within the team.
