We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our private sector team here at CAE. We are looking for leaders who have a track record of delivering consistent outstanding results and love developing sales people. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer acquisition. You will be required to come into our Hemel Hempstead Office twice a week.
This role will entail training, both within and outside of CAE, covering sales and interpersonal skills and vendor solutions.
Lead, develop and manage sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Building and maintaining strong partner vendor relations
Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives.
Present accurate sales forecasts to SMT.
Confidently collating data from Salesforce to accurately report and analyse to identify any issues.
Stay informed about industry shifts, emerging markets, and competitor products.
Display strong leadership skills, driven, emotional intelligence and natural coach.
Demonstrated success of managing and developing a successful sales team within the IT reseller industry
Excellent command of MS Office Packages (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Salesforce
Extensive B2B sales manager experience and commercial awareness
Robust networking, relationship and interpersonal skills
Experience in mentoring and coaching
