What You’ll Do
1. Create and maintain rapport with customers, understand and meet their needs, and deliver a first-time right customer experience while exceeding sales targets both individually and as a team.
2. Approach every customer interaction as an opportunity to increase revenue and enhance customer experience, using solution-based selling to meet customer needs.
3. Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes, highlighting their unique selling points throughout the customer relationship.
4. Act with good conduct, ensuring customers receive accurate and relevant information to make informed decisions.
5. Deliver exceptional service and take personal ownership of customer needs.
6. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and ensure compliance with key metrics.
7. Engage in regular learning and development aligned with company and FCA requirements.
8. Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines.
9. Participate in Vodafone’s security vetting process when required.
