About the role:
As an Operations Manager at Grail, you’ll be assisting the Operations Director to drive forward how we scale our team of managers and roster of creators, implementing efficient processes to achieve this. Alongside a talented group of colleagues, you’ll also be tasked with supporting onboarding and off-boarding talent managers, allocating our roster across our manager team, and delivering innovative ways to help managers at Grail thrive.
This role requires someone who is highly organized and has an eye for detail, as well as a great communicator, as you will have to liaise across our internal teams. We’re also looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with a diverse pool of 100+ managers to foster collaboration and drive success.
Grail Talent is based in Farringdon, London, but this role offers hybrid working. In particular, we’re looking for someone to be able to offer additional coverage for our team on US timezones. This role is not a regular 9-5 job; we have clients and Talent Managers across multiple time zones, and this will require working varied hours.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting Operations Director with tasks
2. Onboarding and off-boarding new managers
3. Optimizing our creator roster across our team of managers
4. Helping new Talent Managers thrive at Grail
5. Building relationships with our Talent Managers and helping to manage the community
6. Optimizing Talent Manager churn and implementing new processes to reduce churn
7. Identifying new ways to improve the performance of managers and their ability to sign and monetize talent
