The practice is ranked (Chambers and L500) for their high-end Commercial and Corporate Disputes exposure and currently headed by a renowned female partner within the shareholder disputes field. The team is mainly known for their high-profile advice to clients across asset management/private equity, technology, financial institutions, energy and funds sectors but handle a wide range of disputes, including:
* shareholder and JV disputes, contractual claims and unfair prejudice;
* HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, SIAC, ICSID and LME arbitration;
* Pro Bono & Corporate Responsibility projects
* Civil fraud
* Offshore litigation
* Technology and IP litigation

Requirements:
* UK trained and qualified or Common Law Qualified with at least one year in London
* experience at top-ranked dispute practices
* between 2 and 3 years of post-qualification experience
* strong academics
