An exciting opportunity has arisen for caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic individuals to join our care at home teams in the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership Localities.
We are seeking motivated individuals with good values and a genuine interest in supporting service users within local communities. The Person
* Caring, compassionate, motivated, with good values and a genuine interest in providing quality care and support.
* Ability to build effective relationships with service users and their families.
* Ability to collaborate with other council services and partner agencies for effective care planning and delivery.
* Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Standards and ability to implement them.
* Hold or work towards SVQ 2 as required by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Once obtained, it is your responsibility to inform the SSSC.
* Must register with the SSSC within 6 months of employment and complete the required Post Registration Training and Learning (PRTL) during the registration period.
Note: This role requires SSSC registration within three months of appointment. You should start your application promptly to ensure registration within six months. Additional details are available in the role profile.
Before appointment, you will need to obtain PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and join the relevant PVG scheme.
