Location: Within UK - National Role Working hours: Minimum of 35 hours per week Interview Date: To be confirmed Working closely with the Assistant Territorial Property Director (ATPD) -Projects and Programme and the senior property leadership team, you are responsible for the governance, monitoring and reporting of key property programmes and activities. Developing systems, processes and reports which enable the effective planning, tracking, and reporting on property projects and activities, ensuring programmes are delivered to the required standard. Key Responsibilities: Design programme management and governance controls, processes, quality & communication standards in order to support monitoring and reporting, thereby improving overall Property Department outcomes Work with Property colleagues to identify gaps or risks to delivery, including positively influencing and supporting the required action or solution Liaise closely with Finance to ensure projects are aligned from a funding and timing perspective Seek customer feedback and oversee Post Implementation Reviews to help promote the implementation of any improvement opportunities Ensure risks that impact property team are identified, and risk mitigations are in place and are being effectively managed Provide a strategic overview, with particular reference to demand and capacity management, on the delivery programme to senior management to shape future activity and plans Your Experience and Knowledge Senior level proficiency in programme and project management methodologies and the ability to put theory into practice Experience of designing, delivering and monitoring property programmes A proficiency in the design and use of I.T. systems that support programme management Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with, and influence, stakeholders at all levels Please note: A current driving licence will be essential In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.
