Reliable transportation is required to commute to Wash Farm - TQ11 0JU, as it is not accessible by public transport routes. Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover. 40 hours per week. Salary: £38,000 - £42,500 (pro rata) dependent on experience. What you’ll be doing… This is a super exciting, hands-on design role where you’ll get to work on everything from packaging to digital ads. You’ll be involved in maintaining Riverford’s visual identity across the brand, while supporting teams like marketing, editorial, and customer acquisition. You’ll be part of a close-knit, creative team, working closely with the Creative Design Lead and collaborating with external freelancers and agencies. Skills & experience Experience in a graphic design role, with experience in both digital and print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) with working knowledge of Figma for digital projects. Need to be able to design and produce print ready and animated digital artwork for an array of channels. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, editorial, and digital design experience. Confident working with external freelancers and creative agencies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Passion for sustainability and food, with a deep understanding of Riverford’s values and mission. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and challenge creative briefs to achieve the best results.
