Support for Intune design and configuration
Experience with Auto Pilot design and configuration
Knowledge of MDM and VDI is a plus.
We are seeking an experienced Intune Migration Specialist to join our EUC team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and executing Windows 11 migration projects to Microsoft Intune.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of our device management platform with minimal disruption to the end users. The candidate will be required to support on-site project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand EUC implementation needs.
Create and review high-level and low-level documentation for Microsoft Intune on laptops.
Understanding Autopilot/Intune automated laptop build process, Windows Hello for Business, Autopilot, device enrolment, security baselines, compliance policies, conditional access, configuration profiles, update policies, Local Administrator password solution, and disk encryption.
Administer Microsoft Intune and Azure (group and user management, device enrolment).
Evaluate new Intune features and capabilities, recommending adoption where appropriate.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.
Requires working on-site across multiple customer sites.
