Responsibilities
Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote community engagement.
Conduct regular assessments to identify community needs and preferences.
Coordinate events and activities that foster community participation.
Advocate for community-based solutions and represent community interests to various entities.
Collect and analyze data to inform community development initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations on community engagement activities and outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in community outreach or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse populations.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
Experience in organizing community events and activities.
Understanding of community development principles and best practices.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £11.81
Location: Plymouth, South West England
