We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bedded children’s home in CV1 Coventry,for an established company supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities: Lead and Manage: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it complies with Ofsted regulations and provides high-quality care. Staff Development: Support, mentor, and lead your team, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best care to the young people. Safeguarding: Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to all policies and procedures. Care Planning: Develop, implement, and oversee individual care plans for young people, ensuring their needs are met in a therapeutic environment. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care and compliance, ensuring excellent outcomes for inspections and performance reviews.
