Registered Manager required for 3 bed Children's Home in Waltham Abbey Essex CM16 We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual to join our management team at our 3 bed residential home based in Waltham Abbey, OFSTED rated Good. The home will accommodate children aged 11-18 experiencing Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties. Are you a Deputy looking to step or a Registered Manager looking for a new challenge? Salary : £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus scheme Performance bonus Yearly bonus Benefits include Company pension Discounted or free food On-site parking Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Successful candidates for Registered Manager role will need to possess the following: You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior / team leader position within a residential childcare setting. Hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma or be actively working towards completing this. Hold a minimum Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent. Experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Child Care setting. Full UK Manual Driving License Purpose of the Registered Manager role: To be responsible for shaping and delivering the residential home’s Statement of Purpose and managing the team to achieve the same. To provide high quality care services that supports the needs of the residents, to be an advocate for their well-being and to provide strong, motivational leadership to staff. To aspire to manage the Children’s home to an outstanding grade with Ofsted.
