As part of our in-house marketing team, you’ll play a key role in crafting engaging content and delivering innovative campaigns that bring our brands to life. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Content Creation – Filming and editing Reels, photography, and video production.
* Social Media Management – Copywriting, scheduling, and running targeted ad campaigns.
* Reporting & Research – Tracking performance and using Google Analytics and other tools and researching the latest social media and influencer trends.
* Marketing Support – Assisting wider marketing team with seasonal campaigns and day-to-day tasks including website updates, proofing artwork and briefing designers.
* Email Marketing – Managing campaigns via MailChimp and other platforms.
* Customer Engagement – Responding to social media queries and online reviews.
* Event Support – Assisting with seasonal events and marketing activations.
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
* A degree in media production, marketing, or business.
* Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software.
* Skills in video production, DSLR photography, and content creation.
* Strong proofreading, copywriting, and organisational skills.
* At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Desired:
* Two years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
* Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn marketing.
* Familiarity with digital tools like MailChimp, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
* Financial awareness and budgeting skills.
* A confident, creative, and adaptable mindset.
Working Hours:
This role generally follows standard 9am–5pm office hours, but candidates should be prepared to work approximately two evenings per week, including weekends, to cover events and peak times in our bars and nightclubs.
