Job Title: Area Manager, Town Planning
We are seeking a highly experienced Area Manager to join our Town Planning team. This is a key role that will see you working on some of the biggest development management and infrastructure projects in the UK.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven senior level planning experience within the public or private sector
* Chartered member of the RTPI
* Experience of Planning Development Management and / or Minerals and Waste, together with knowledge and understanding of planning legislation and Government Policy
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of writing reports and planning statements
Desirable qualifications include experience of writing proofs of evidence and attending public inquiries/examinations, project management and research skills, and knowledge of Planning Policy including the local plan process and supporting documentation.
Location
This role is based in the UK, with opportunities to work on projects nationwide.
Salary
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience, skills and location, but is estimated to be in the region of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
