About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Crown, a renowned pub and restaurant in St. Margaret's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion excellent service through quality food
* Develop and maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
* Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
* Design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
* Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements
* Experience championing excellent service through quality food
* Passion to deliver fantastic food every time
* Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
* Willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
