Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary! Job Description What you’ll do We are looking for a Room Service Supervisor to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the Guidance of the In-Room Dining Manager you’ll supervise the operations of the In-Room Dining services, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction: · Provide warm, sincere and engaging service. · Perform all server duties for beverage and food service. · Follow setup and breakdown guidelines. · Review meal tickets prior to placing prepared food on trays. · Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards. · Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. · Ensure service is within the standards of SLS Barcelona. · Complete designated closing duties and related sanitation requirements. · Control stocks for daily use to ensure service requirements are met. Qualifications What we are looking for... · +2 years of experience in hospitality within food & beverage. · Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. · You make people feel good - your team, guests and colleagues alike.
