Installation Co-ordinator Jobs in Andover at Stannah - Join Our Team!
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Installation Co-ordinator to join us at Stannah. This is an office based role, located in Andover, Hampshire, supporting our Platform Lifts and Microlifts division.
The Installation Co-ordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of installation activities and to provide day to day support to customer sites so that installations are scheduled and progressed efficiently and cost effectively.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and have the ability to work to tight deadlines as well as being a good problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting Customer expectations
* Contacting customers to establish key information and explain about the installation process of the Platform or Microlifts
* Ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely manner, and all customers orders, enquires, queries and complaints are processed in an efficient manner
* Communicating effectively with installers, site agents and logistics partners.
* Chase customers for pre-start check installation requirements
* Working with our customers to get the lifts tested and handed over to their program of works
* Scheduling installations and checking the installation schedule.
* Health and Safety. Promoting all relevant safety policies and procedures
* Scheduling and placing orders for Lift Removals of existing lifts
* Working with sub-contractors
* Working with suppliers
Minimum Requirements:
* 5 GCSE’s Level C and above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
* Customer Service NVQ (desirable)
