We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Advisor to join our Publica Group Ltd team in Cirencester. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or other channels
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Council services and policies
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and objectives
* Continuously improve customer service standards and processes
Requirements
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Customer Service, Business Administration)
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
