You’ll assist with personal care needs, mobility support, meal preparation, and other essential tasks, ensuring our customers live comfortably and safely. You’ll work closely with other carers, family members, and health professionals to ensure the best possible care. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with personal care, including getting up, dressing, bathing, and using the toilet Help with mobility and managing physical disabilities, including incontinence care and use of personal aids Provide care for customers who are sick, bed-bound, or terminally ill Encourage mental and physical stimulation through activities like talking, reading, hobbies, and outings Perform light cleaning, bed making, laundry, and meal preparation Support customers with medication and assist with appointments Maintain accurate reports and communicate changes in customer health to the team Provide emotional support and ensure the customer’s independence is promoted at every opportunity What We’re Looking For: Female applicants only (due to customer requests) Compassionate, organised, and self-motivated A caring nature with a strong desire to help others Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently 1 year minimum experience working in care with a person-centred approach Ability to manage documentation and follow care plans If you are dedicated, reliable, and ready to provide high-quality care, we want to hear from you Apply today to join our wonderful team and help make a real difference in people’s lives.
