As a Customer Team Leader, you will play a key role in helping to lead the store team and drive business success. Your responsibilities will include coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager when necessary, and delivering great customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. You should also have a genuine care for the needs of customers and members, and a desire to learn and grow as a leader.
