Job Description
* Monitor banking transactions
* Managing any debtors and overdue payments
* Purchase ledger processing and allocation of costs
* Processing invoices, nominal coding and match to delivery notes
* Sales ledger - raising in voices and chasing debts
The Successful Applicant
To be successful as the Finance Administrator you will:
* Experience dealing with matching, coding and processing of invoices
* Experience in managing the banking
* Understanding of debits and credits
* Ideally experience working for a not for profit organisation
