Reporting directly into the head of Head of WMPI, you will be managing up to 15 works streams to make sure that the business is align for go live dates and handling the communications. As an Organizational Readiness Lead, you will: Define and implement the target organizational setup, ensuring alignment with the integrated business strategy, governance, and operational framework. Develop and execute change management strategies to prepare employees for the transition, including leadership engagement, communications, and cultural alignment initiatives. Design and oversee comprehensive training programs for employees and clients to ensure a smooth transition to new systems, processes, and service models. Review, harmonize, and implement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to align with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. Your expertise We are looking for strong Organizational Readiness Lead who has relevant experience in one of more of the below: • Previous experience working in the Private Banking sector. • Experience managing deadlines, at times short notice, as well as multiple priorities • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management This role is advertised via Hays Talent Solutions
